运用电子自旋共振(ESR)自旋捕获技术检测到平阳霉素与Fe2+在有氧条件下产生的羟自由基(·OH)的信号。这是首次用ESR证明该体系可生产·OH,为进一步研究平阳霉素毒性的自由基机理提供了一个重要的实验证据。
The signal of hydroxyl radical (· OH) produced by pingyangmycin and Fe2 + under aerobic conditions was detected by electron spin resonance (ESR) spin trapping technique. This is the first time that ESR can be used to demonstrate that this system can produce · OH, which provides an important experimental evidence for further studying the free radical mechanism of pingyangmycin toxicity.
