目的:对超临界CO2流体萃取得到的薏苡仁油进行GC-MS分析,为薏苡仁进一步开发利用提供依据。方法:超临界CO2流体萃取法提取薏苡仁油,对甲酯化后得到的样品进行GC-MS分析,测定其成分及相对百分含量。结果:超临界CO2流体萃取法得到的薏苡仁油,所含不饱和脂肪酸达85.62%,其中亚油酸占总脂肪酸的37.48%,油酸占总脂肪酸的46.97%。结论:薏苡仁的含油量较高,尤以有利于人体的不饱和脂肪酸为主,值得进一步研究开发。
Objective: GC-MS analysis of Coix seed oil obtained by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction provides the basis for further development and utilization of Coix Seed. Methods: Coix seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. The samples obtained after methyl esterification were analyzed by GC-MS and their contents and relative contents were determined. Results: Coix seed oil obtained by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction contained 85.62% of unsaturated fatty acids, of which linoleic acid accounted for 37.48% of the total fatty acids and oleic acid accounted for 46.97% of the total fatty acids. Conclusion: Coix seed oil content is higher, especially in favor of the body of unsaturated fatty acids, worthy of further research and development.
