“一带一路”战略给中国经济发展带来了机遇,同时也给山东经济发展注入了新活力,促进山东由经济大省转变为经济强省。借助“一带一路”战略契机发展经济的同时,山东会面临经济结构和发展方式转型、企业经营模式落后和创新能力不足以及风险因素等诸多方面的挑战。山东应充分发挥自身比较优势,通过发展现代农业、促进企业转型、打造旅游业新引擎等策略,实现经济转型升级,提升开放型经济水平。
The “Belt and Road” strategy has brought opportunities to China’s economic development and at the same time, it has injected new vitality into Shandong’s economic development and promoted the transformation of Shandong from a major economic province into a powerful economic province. While developing economy through the “Belt and a Road” strategic opportunity, Shandong will face challenges in many aspects such as the transformation of its economic structure and development mode, its backward business model, inadequate capacity of innovation and risk factors. Shandong should give full play to its own comparative advantages and adopt strategies such as developing modern agriculture, promoting enterprise restructuring and building a new tourism engine, so as to achieve economic restructuring and upgrading and enhance the open economy.
