目的探讨中孕期血清学三联筛查对检出胎儿先天缺陷的临床价值。方法采用全自动时间荧光分辨检测仪测定孕妇血清中AFP、Free-βHCG、uE3的值,结合其他相关因素,通过lifecycle风险评估软件估算三种先天异常的风险。结果筛查随访的16 526例孕妇中,筛查出高风险孕妇1098例,筛查阳性率6.64%,其中发现出生缺陷61例,异常发生率为5.56%;低风险孕妇15 428例,其中发现出生缺陷178例,异常发生率为1.15%。结论中孕期血清学三联筛查(AFP+Free-βHCG+uE3)是一种可以预测胎儿出生缺陷的有效指标,结合产前诊断技术对防止先天缺陷儿的出生,提高出生人口素质具有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of triple pregnancy screening screening for detection of fetal birth defects. Methods The serum levels of AFP, Free-βHCG and uE3 in pregnant women were measured by automatic time fluorescence detector, and the risks of three congenital anomalies were estimated by lifecycle risk assessment software in combination with other related factors. Results Among the 16 526 pregnant women who screened for follow-up, 1098 high-risk pregnant women were screened out and the screening positive rate was 6.64%. Among them, 61 cases were found with birth defects, the incidence of abnormalities was 5.56%; 15 428 pregnant women with low risk were found 178 cases of birth defects, the anomaly rate was 1.15%. Conclusions AFP + Free-βHCG + uE3 in pregnancy is an effective indicator of predicting birth defects. Combined with prenatal diagnosis, it is of great significance to prevent birth defects and improve the quality of births .
