日前,著名经济学家张曙光在广东省财政厅科研所举行的一次讲座中指出:2006年中国财政支出中行政事业支出浪费惊人。他列举了其中的一组数据:去年,仅行政支出中的公车出行和吃饭招待就达6700亿元,而国家财政拿出300亿用于减免了农村中小学生的学费,就使全国1．5亿学生受益。300亿与6700亿,一组对照鲜明触动人心的数字,看来直叫一个有良心的国民感到无地自容。难怪张曙光
Recently, Zhang Shuguang, a famous economist, pointed out in a lecture held by the Scientific Research Institute of Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance: In 2006, expenditure on administration in China wastes astonishing wastes. He enumerated a set of data: last year, only the administrative expenses of bus travel and meal and entertainment amounted to 670 billion yuan, while the state treasury put 30 billion for the reduction of rural primary and secondary school students’ tuition fees, so that the national 1.5 Billion students benefit. 30 billion and 670 billion.
