目的分析脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌湿包原因,提出控制对策,减少湿包的发生。方法采用《消毒技术规范》湿包评判标准,对2050锅次,67500个灭菌包进行观察分析。结果有135个湿包产生,湿包率为0.2%;其中消毒员操作不规范占60%,设备故障、待灭菌物品准备不当占40%。结论加强消毒员操作规范管理,提高业务素质是控制湿包的关键;灭菌器保持正常运转状态;灭菌前物品正确准备,才能减少湿包发生率。
Objective To analyze the causes of steaming by pulsating vacuum pressure steam and propose control measures to reduce the occurrence of wet packs. Methods According to the standard of wet sterilization of “Sterilization Technical Specification”, the observation and analysis of 2050 pots and 67500 sterilization packs were conducted. As a result, 135 wet packs were produced with a wet pack rate of 0.2%. Among them, unscrupulous disinfection workers accounted for 60% of the equipment, and the equipment failed to prepare 40% of the articles to be sterilized. Conclusion It is the key to control the wet packs to strengthen the operation standard management of the disinfectant and improve the quality of the business. The sterilizer should maintain normal operation status and the pre-sterilized items should be properly prepared to reduce the incidence of wet packs.
