目的探讨嘉兴市秀洲区2004~2013年儿童出生缺陷的发生和变化趋势,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法对嘉兴市秀洲区2004~2013年儿童出生缺陷发生状况及相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果嘉兴市秀洲区2004~2013年出生缺陷平均发生率为24.53‰,出生缺陷前5位疾病分别是先天性心脏病、副耳、多指(趾)并指(趾)、血管瘤及足内外翻。结论降低出生缺陷率应加强孕前优生检测工作,提高产前筛查率,加强儿童保健工作,大力推进健康宣教,不断降低出生缺陷率,提高出生儿童素质。
Objective To investigate the occurrence and changes of birth defects in Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing City from 2004 to 2013 and provide a scientific basis for formulating intervention measures. Methods The incidence and related factors of birth defects in Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing City from 2004 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average incidence of birth defects in Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing from 2004 to 2013 was 24.53 ‰. The top five birth defects were congenital heart disease, vice ears, multiple fingers and digits, hemangiomas and feet Inside and outside the turn. Conclusions To reduce the birth defect rate, prenatal testing of eugenics should be strengthened to increase the prenatal screening rate, strengthen child health care work, vigorously promote healthy education, continuously reduce the birth defect rate and improve the quality of birth children.
