为了提高油田水处理中气浮溶气设备的溶气效率,通过对三种传质理论和溶气效率公式的分析,提出一种高效旋流溶气技术并研发了相应设备,对此设备的工作原理、构造、特点进行阐述。通过中试表明了该设备的高效性和经济性。此设备具有溶气效率高、占地小、调节灵活、能耗低等优点,可同时进行溶气和絮凝。
