患儿男性,3岁8个月,壮族.因出生后反复发热、无汗、出牙迟缓,于1986年2月20日入院.7个月顺产,第一胎,1982年6月20日出生.娩出时全身青紫,经抢救15分钟才会哭.出生体重2.3kg,无头发,无眉毛.生后第3～4天即开始发热,一周龄时因发热至40℃抽搐一次,经退热后抽搐停止.于7个月、1岁半时又分别因高热抽搐一次,均在退热后好转.数年来每于夏季即发热(T38～40℃),喜冷水浴,常到水龙头下洗头及玩水,喜坐于树荫下及青石上.出生后6个月开始长淡黄色稀疏头发,头发生长慢.1岁2个月开始
