2006年8月1日,是国务院《城市生活无着的流浪乞讨人员救助管理办法》颁布施行三周年纪念。三年来,在民政部的指导下,在江西省委、省政府的关心、重视和厅党组的正确领导下,江西省各级民政部门切实贯彻《城市生活无着的流浪乞讨人员救助管理办法》以及《实施细则》,认真做好城市生活无着的流浪乞讨人员救助
August 1, 2006 is the third anniversary of the State Council’s promulgation and implementation of the Measures for the Assistance and Management of Wandering and Begging People Without Urban Life. In the past three years, under the guidance of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and under the correct care and attention given by Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government and by the Party and government departments of Jiangxi Province, the civil affairs departments at all levels in Jiangxi Province have earnestly implemented the “Measures for the Administration of Assistance and Assistance to Survival and Beggars in Urban Life” As well as the “implementation details”, earnestly do a good job of urban life without the help of homeless beggars
