自动测量技术广泛应用于轴承、半导体等产品的自动检验与分选中,以提高其质量和生产效率。利用电感测量原理能把产品的尺寸与形状的微小变化转换成电信号,配合专用线路和控制装置可进行多参数的自动测量。本文根据笔者多年的实践,欲对提高电感测量精度的各种措施作如下简要介绍,供参考。
Automatic measurement technology is widely used in bearings, semiconductors and other products for automatic inspection and sorting, in order to improve its quality and production efficiency. The use of inductance measurement principle can make small changes in product size and shape into electrical signals, with dedicated lines and control devices can be multi-parameter automatic measurement. This article according to the author many years of practice, want to improve the inductance measurement accuracy of the various measures for the following brief introduction for reference.
