目的观察CO2激光联合络合碘及中药内服治疗女性尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床疗效。方法 97例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组47例,两组均以CO2激光烧除疣体,治疗组加用络合碘外敷及中药内服(黄芪和薏苡仁各20g,党参、白术、虎杖、板蓝根和紫草各15g,苦参、茯苓和香附各12g,白花蛇舌草和丹参各30g,生甘草5g。日1剂,2次/d,连续服用20天。)治疗。结果治疗组与对照组相比,有效率分别为72.00%和55.32%,复发率为10.00%和34.04%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 CO2激光联合络合碘及中药内服治疗女性尖锐湿疣具有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of CO2 laser combined with complex iodine and traditional Chinese medicine orally on female genital warts (CA). Methods Ninety-seven patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 50) and control group (n = 47). Both groups were treated with CO2 laser to burn wart. The treatment group was treated with complex iodine external application and Chinese herbal medicine , Polygonum cuspidatum, Radix and 15 grams of Radix Bupleuri, Sophora flavescens, Poria and Cyperus rotundus each 12g, Hedyotis diffusa and Salvia the 30g, raw licorice 5g day 1, 2 times / d, taking 20 consecutive days.) Treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the effective rates were 72.00% and 55.32% in the treatment group and the recurrence rates were 10.00% and 34.04%, respectively, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion CO2 laser combined with complex iodine and Chinese medicine oral administration of female genital warts has a good effect.
