今年九、十月份的楼市依旧相比其他时间节点更收到大家的关注,但是开发商月购房者对“金九银十”的看法越来越理性。目前来看,买卖双方均持观望态度。市场主体仍期望能嗅出某种政策气息,以决定下一步行动。相关业内人士认为,2012年的楼市行情已经过去,交易平淡将主导剩下的两个月。种种迹象表明,尽管当前宏观经济运行面临较大压力,中国政府提高房地产市场运行质量的决心并没有动摇。除了面对经济稳定增长的压力,房地产调控还要承受更多考验。
