近年来由于高等院校不断扩招,高职高专生源素质急剧下降,每年高考时各地专科录取分数线通常要比一般本科院校录取分数线低100～200分甚至更多;另一方面,由于专科毕业生在系统掌握专业基础理论知识方面较本科毕业生有较大差距,而社会各用人单位一味追求高学位人才,对专科毕业生有一定的排斥倾向。因此高职高专院校在专业人才培养方面面临极其严峻的形势。本文以《教育部关于加强高职高专教育人才培养工作的意见》为指导,在对社会相关用人单位调查访问基础上,结合南昌高等专科学校制冷与空调专业的教学改革实践,探讨高工专制冷与空调专业人才培养模式的构建。

Based on the investigation and interview of relevant employers in society and with the teaching reform practice of refrigeration and air-conditioning specialty in Nanchang College, this article discusses the opinions of the "Higher Engineering and Technical College Construction of Training Modes for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Professionals.
