以R16与云南紫稻杂交,经多代后,稳定育成宜恢1577,应用宜恢1577已配较多品种,经省级审定的有冈优1577、II优1577、N优1577、宜香1577等,其中冈优1577、宜香1577通过中国国家审定。宜恢1577所配系列组合现已累计推广达120万hm2。将宜恢1577作为材料运用到恢复系的选育,育成突破性恢复系宜恢3003,同时还育成宜恢1979、宜恢315等优质强配合力恢复系。本文运用田间试验设计的方法,比较系统地研究了宜恢1577的配合力和稳定性。用4个不育系与6个恢复系组成4×6不完全双列杂交作配合力分析,结果宜恢1577一般配合力效应值为0.226,明恢63为-0.113,所以宜恢1577的一般配合力优于明恢63;以冈优1577为例对用宜恢1577所配组合进行品种稳定性分析,结果冈优1577稳定性分析的F值为1.81378,未达显著标准,汕优63稳定性分析的F值为1.40327,未达显著标准,二者F值接近,所以冈优1577同汕优63一样存在较好的稳定性,对用宜恢1577所配其他品种的稳定性也进行了分析,结果同汕优63一样没有显著F值,都具有较好的稳定性。
