目的讨论儿童急性咽后壁脓肿不典型临床表现及诊断。方法对急性咽后壁脓肿患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,诊断上除了体征,主要为颈侧位X线片和颈部CT检查。结果颈侧位X线片检查均有咽后壁软组织影加宽。讨论对该病不典型症状的重视,尽早行颈侧位X线摄片和颈部CT检查。
Objective To discuss the atypical clinical manifestations and diagnosis of acute posterior pharyngeal abscess in children. Methods The clinical data of children with acute posterior wall abscess were retrospectively analyzed. The signs of the diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed, including the lateral cervical X-ray and neck CT. Results Lateral X-ray examination showed pharyngeal soft tissue enlargement. Discuss the atypical symptoms of the disease, as early as possible lateral neck X-ray and neck CT examination.
