实现科学发展是高校的必由之路。创新能力是高校科学发展的动力和关键制约因素。适应当今科技、教育发展要求,特别是建设创新型国家战略的要求,高校迫切需要增强创新能力以促进科学发展。高校应在理念、战略和思路、模式和体制、组织、知识文化和技术、教学方法和手段、服务等方面进行创新,以实现科学发展;同时,要善于点面结合,通过强化着力点和突破点,有效求得科学发展上的新突破。在高职院校,要以人才强校战略工程、全面教学质量与教学改革工程、实践教学体系建设等为着力点,务求在科学发展上有新的突破。
Realization of scientific development is the only way for colleges and universities. Innovation Ability Is the Impetus and Key Constraint of Scientific Development in Colleges and Universities. To meet the requirements of today’s science and technology and education development, especially the construction of an innovative national strategy, colleges and universities urgently need to enhance their innovative ability to promote scientific development. Colleges and universities should innovate in philosophy, strategy and ideas, modes and systems, organization, knowledge culture and technology, teaching methods and means, and services so as to achieve scientific development. At the same time, colleges and universities should be good at combination of point-by-point and by strengthening their efforts and breakthroughs Effectively seek new breakthroughs in scientific development. In higher vocational colleges, we must take the strategic project of strengthening our school through personnel training, the overall quality of teaching, the teaching reform project and the construction of practical teaching system as our focal points so as to make new breakthroughs in scientific development.
