目的 观察老年性痴呆模型红细胞免疫的变化特点及天泰 1号的调节作用。方法 将老年性痴呆模型动物分为 4组 ,并设正常老年动物对照组。结果 老年性痴呆模型RC3 6R及RFER显著降低 ,而RICR及RFIR显著升高 ;天泰 1号组RC3 6R及RFER显著高于模型对照组 ,而RICR、RFIR显著降低 (P <0 0 5 -0 0 1)。结论 老年痴呆模型红细胞免疫功能明显低下 ;天泰 1号可显著改善其红细胞免疫及其调节功能。
Objective To observe the changes of erythrocyte immunity in Alzheimer’s disease model and the regulatory effect of Tiantai No.1. Methods Alzheimer’s disease model animals were divided into 4 groups and a normal aged animal control group was set up. Results RC3 6R and RFER were significantly decreased in senile dementia model, while RICR and RFIR were significantly increased. RC3 6R and RFER in Tiantai 1 group were significantly higher than those in model control group, while RICR and RFIR were significantly decreased (P <0 0 5 -0 0 1). Conclusion The red blood cell immune function of Alzheimer’s disease model is obviously low; Tiantai No. 1 can significantly improve its red blood cell immunity and its regulatory function.
