我院自1955年以来,中西医结合观察和治疗了慢性肾炎共112例,其中男患83例,女患29例。年龄自15岁至66岁不等,以21～30岁之间为最多,共45例。病程自3日至10年,其中一年以内者75例,二年至三年者31例,三年以上者6例,112例中103例有不同程度的水肿,6例只有蛋白尿而为水肿。诊断标准为:(1)病程超过三个月;(2)或病程虽少于三个月而临床表现及血液化学改变符合慢性肾炎者,全部病例在住院后采取休息及减盐饮食,或立即中西医结合治疗。
Our hospital since 1955, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine observation and treatment of chronic nephritis, a total of 112 cases, including 83 males and 29 females. The diagnostic criteria were: (1) the course of the disease was over three months; (2) the course of the disease was less than three months and the clinical manifestations and the chemical changes of the blood were consistent with chronic nephritis; and all patients were taken to rest and salt reduction diet after hospitalization or immediately Integrative Medicine.
