当一个昆虫学家,就像法布尔那样。昆虫学家,顾名思义就是研究昆虫的。在研究昆虫过程中被昆虫咬是不可避免的,有些人就因为这样而轻言放弃。我从小就喜欢昆虫.经常去抓螳螂、蜘蛛等来研究(其实这根本谈不上研究,只是自己觉得很好奇,它们为什么会长成这样)。有次抓了一只螳螂,我的小手被它的两把镰刀给死死地夹住了,血都流了出来。妈妈生气地想踩死那只螳螂,但我阻止了她,要不然这血不是白流了吗?所以遇到类似的小困难,我是不会轻易放弃的。因为喜爱昆虫,我特别喜欢去乡下的田野,那里有很好的自然条件,更方便我经常抓昆虫来做实验。有一次,我从书上得知螳螂繁殖后代时母螳螂要吃了公螳螂,这样才有足够的营养繁殖出后代。我又冒着手被夹破的风险,费尽心机抓了两只不同性别的螳螂。我把它们放在一个通风的盒子里,观察了6天没有任何动静。可到了第7天晚上时,我突然发现公螳螂的头不见了,只剩下躯干——原来,它的头被母螳螂给吃了。这样的实验我做了好多次,得到的结果都差不多,证实了书上所说的。这样做不仅因为好玩更是由于我强烈的好奇心驱使,同时也让我学到了许多不曾了解的知识。

I risked their hands clamped, trying hard to catch two mantises of different genders. I put them in a ventilated box, observed for 6 days without any movement. It was the night of the seventh day, when I suddenly noticed that the head of the male praying mantis disappeared, leaving only the torso - its head was eaten by the mother praying mantis. I’ve done this experiment many times and got the same result, confirming the book said. This was done not only because it was fun but also because of my intense curiosity, which also allowed me to learn many things I did not understand.
