《江苏教育》第一期刊载的钱昭平同志的《教师集体的人际关系与教师道德》一文,分析了当前教师集体中复杂的人际关系、形成原因以及改善这种关系的几条途径。文章切中肯綮,笔者颇有同感。但这篇文章主要是从教师个体如何用道德调节手段改善人际关系,加强教师集体建设这方面来分析的,这里我根据工作中遇到的情况,提出几点补充意见。
Comrade Qian Zhaoping’s “Collective Interpersonal Relationships and Teacher Morality of Teachers” in Comrade Qian Zhaoping, published in the first issue of Jiangsu Education, analyzes the current complex interpersonal relationships, causes of formation, and several ways to improve this relationship. The article was very correct and the author felt quite the same. However, this article mainly analyzes how individual teachers use moral adjustment methods to improve interpersonal relationships and strengthen the collective construction of teachers. Here, according to the conditions encountered in the work, I propose a few additional opinions.
