为了给热处理制度和热加工工艺提供理论依据,采用Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件,对TP347H合金平衡析出相和非平衡凝固进行了模拟计算。结果表明,合金平衡凝固过程中Nb偏析较严重;C和Nb含量变化对于碳化物的析出规律存在明显影响,增加C含量及Nb含量,碳化物的析出量及析出温度将会提高;Ni和Cr含量变化对于铁素体的析出情况存在明显影响,增加Ni或者减小Cr含量有助于合金保持单一的奥氏体组织。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the heat treatment system and the thermal processing technology, Thermo-Calc thermodynamic calculation software was used to simulate the equilibrium precipitates and non-equilibrium solidification of the TP347H alloy. The results show that the segregation of Nb during the equilibrium solidification is more serious. The changes of C and Nb contents have a significant effect on the precipitation of carbides. The increase of C content and Nb content will increase the precipitation of carbides and precipitation temperature. The change of content has a significant effect on the precipitation of ferrite. Adding Ni or reducing the Cr content helps the alloy to maintain a single austenitic structure.
