2002年5月17日至22日,司法鉴定制度研讨会在湖南大学岳麓书院召开。来自北京大学、中国人民大学、浙江大学、中山大学、南京大学、西南政法大学等20多所高等院校和中国社会科学院、司法部司法鉴定科学技术研究所的专家、学者,以及部分司法鉴定中心(所)的鉴定专家和司法实务部门的50多位代表,就司法鉴定工作的现状、司法鉴定立法和如何发挥高校与科研机构在司法鉴定工作中的作用等问题进行了深入探讨。湖南省委政法委、湖南省司法厅和东道主湖南大学的主要领导到会祝贺,司法部法规教育司的领导也出席了会议。研讨会还特邀中国人民大学何家弘教授、北京大学张玉镶教授、西南政法大学邹明理教授等到会作专场学术报告。
From May 17 to May 22, 2002, a seminar on forensic system was held in Yuelu Academy of Hunan University. More than 20 institutions of higher learning from Peking University, Renmin University of China, Zhejiang University, Sun Yat-sen University, Nanjing University and Southwest University of Political Science and Law, experts and scholars from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Institute of Forensic Science and Technology of the Ministry of Justice, as well as some forensic science centers (Institute) experts and judicial practice departments of more than 50 representatives on the status of forensic work, forensic legislation and how to play the role of colleges and research institutions in forensic work and other issues were discussed in depth. Hunan Provincial Committee of Politics and Law, Hunan Provincial Department of Justice and host Hunan University, the main leaders will congratulate the Ministry of Justice, Department of Education Leadership also attended the meeting. The seminar also invited Professor He Jiahong from Renmin University of China, Professor Zhang Yujian from Peking University and Professor Zou Mingli from Southwest University of Political Science and Law to attend a special academic report.
