随着第一个学前教育三年行动计划的实施,大量新建和改扩建幼儿园投入使用,在幼儿园入园难问题得到缓解的同时,学前教育师资质量问题日益突出。如何切实有效地开展学前教师职后培训,在保证培训覆盖面的同时保障师资培训质量,将是第二个学前教育三年行动计划所要解决的重要问题。以信息技术为载体的远程实景互动式学前教师培训平台,为开创学前教师职后培训新模式做出了有益的尝试。
