现代社会经济高速发展,社会化大生产在为人们带来巨大物质财富同时,由于劳动分工进一步细化,新行业的出现,也产生了众多令人担忧的职业病伤害。与之对应的职业病预防与赔偿方式也日新月异。本文针对西方社会常用职业病赔偿方式从法学和经济学的角度分别对其在预防和赔偿领域的作用进行梳理,试图从中厘清各个赔偿方式的优缺点,为我国职业病预防赔偿提供积极的参考。
In the meantime, with the rapid economic development in modern society and the mass production of socialization, which have brought huge material wealth to people, the emergence of new industries has also caused many worrisome injuries to occupational diseases due to the further division of labor. Corresponding occupational disease prevention and compensation methods are also changing with each passing day. This article aims at the common occupational disease compensation methods in western society from the angle of jurisprudence and economics to sort out their respective roles in prevention and compensation in an attempt to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the various compensation methods for the prevention of occupational diseases in our country provide a positive reference.
