‘国营农场生产财务计划’原名‘国营农场生产财经计划’,系中央农业部国营农场管理总局在一九五一年九月根据苏联国营农场所用的计划表格并结合我国国营农场具体情况制订的。经过一九五二年一(?)重点试行的结果,认为在我国国营农场基本上是可以实行的。最近国营农场营理总局根据在中央直属几个国营农场试编的情况和经验,增删了一部份表格、修订了表格的内容,并初步订正了所有的名词。在修订期间,本文曾连续中断四期,谨向读者致歉。今后本文所涉及的表格均依照一九五二年十二月的修订本为准。——作者注。
The State Farm Farm Production Finance Plan, formerly known as ’State Farm Production Finance Plan’, was formulated by the State Farm Management Bureau of the Central Ministry of Agriculture in September 1951 on the basis of a plan form used by the Soviet state farms in combination with the specific conditions of our state-run farms. After the result of a pilot trial conducted in January 1925, it is basically considered feasible to implement state-owned farms in our country. According to the trial and editing of several state-owned farms directly under the Central Government, State Administration of Work Camps recently added and deleted some forms, revised the forms and revised all the initial nouns.
