平谷地处京津冀三省市的交汇处,交通发达,出入北京便利,再加上平谷生活成本较低,很易于传销组织生存。近几年来,我们平谷分局与公安部门密切配合,加大了取缔驱散力度,取得了丰硕成果,但是受快速致富和高额回报的蛊惑,仍有部分传销组织滞留。由于直接言辞证据和物证、书证等间接证据难以收集,以及专业手段、技术装备、情报信息的欠缺,对传销头目的追刑工作一直没有突破。如何找到并指证其中的组织者,依托刑法震慑犯罪行为,就成为平谷打击传销面临的攻坚战。
Pinggu is located in the intersection of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei provinces and cities, developed transport, access to Beijing convenience, coupled with lower cost of living in Pinggu, it is easy to survive MLM organizations. In recent years, we have worked closely with the public security department in Pinggu Branch to intensify efforts to ban dispersal and achieved fruitful results. However, some MLM organizations still stranded after being bewitched by their rapid growth and high returns. Due to direct evidence of evidence and material evidence, documentary evidence and other indirect evidence is difficult to collect, and professional means, technical equipment, intelligence information is missing, there has been no breakthrough in the pursuit of the leader of MLM. How to find and testify the organizers, relying on criminal law to deter criminal activities, has become the Pinggu fight MLM facing the tough fight.
