基于语言的产生和理解是一个双向过程的特点,本文融合维索尔伦的顺应论和福柯尼耶的概念整合理论,对隐喻进行全面的阐释。通过例证,证实了隐喻中喻体的选择作为语用策略,是对具体语境中物理、社会、心理三个世界的因素进行顺应的结果;而概念整合理论则揭示了隐喻语义生成的过程。笔者认为,这是一个比较合理的架构,它避免了单纯从社会文化的角度探讨语言问题、大而化之的研究结果;也避免了片面从认知角度观察语言、脱离社会文化因素影响的真空状态。
Language-based generation and comprehension are the characteristics of a two-way process. This article combines Vissarne’s theory of conformity and Foukonier’s theory of conceptual integration to explain the metaphor in a comprehensive way. The illustration proves that the choice of the metaphor as a pragmatic strategy is the result of conforming to the physical, social and psychological factors in a specific context. The concept of conceptual integration reveals the process of the metaphorical semantic generation. The author believes that this is a more reasonable structure, which avoids the simple study of linguistic problems from the angle of social culture, the result of large-scale research, and also avoids the fact that one-sidedly observing the language from a cognitive perspective and from the vacuum of social and cultural factors status.
