Everyone has to sleep, but also have their own colorful dreams. At the World Sleep Day on March 21, 2003, Chinese experts fully interpreted the mystery of dreams for people. According to the “Health Times” reported that the Capital Medical University, Professor of Psychiatry Yang Hua Yu explained that the use of modern scientific research methods - brain electromyography, electromyography, eye electrocardiograph for continuous observation of sleep showed that: Human sleep can be divided into “dreaming sleep” and “sleepless dreaming” two. Everyone has “dream sleep”, every night have to go through 4 to 5 times, add up time for a total of 90 to 100 minutes. In other words, all people have to do 4-5 dreams every night, at least an hour and a half is spent in a dream. What is interesting is that if you were not feeling the night before because you were staying up late at night, the next day’s sleep would first make up for the “sleep of dreams” missing the day before, and then “sleep without dreams.”
