近年来,河南省正阳县陡沟镇在推进人口计生工作中采取多种措施,倾心帮扶计生家庭,使人口计生工作在转型中得到提升。“计生民情日记”解民忧。2013年年初,陡沟镇在计生干部和村级计生管理员中开展记“计生民情日记”活动,通过入户座谈、走访调查等形式,摸民情、查民意、解民难,切实解决育龄群众关心和反映的热点、难点问题。为确保“计生民情日记”不流于形式,陡沟镇实行情况反馈处理责任制、落实领导责任追究制的双项工作
