探讨利用微机图像分析分层定量测定关节软骨中蛋白多糖含量的方法,进一步了解关节软骨中蛋白多糖含量的变化.方法:应用微机图像分析测试系统对健康成年中国兔膝关节软骨、滚软骨缺损中的修复组织以及相应股骨髓骨沟受损软骨各层中的蛋白多糖含量进行分层测定和分析.结果:关节软骨缺损面积愈大,其修复组织中蛋白多糖含量也就愈少.并在其修复过程中,造成相应股骨髓骨沟软骨中浅层的蛋白多糖大量丢失.结论:微机图像分析测试系统可以准确、迅速地对关节软骨不同层次中的蛋白多糖含量进行分层测定,从而了解蛋白多糖在关节软骨退变、损伤、修复中的变化规律.
To explore the method of quantitative determination of proteoglycan content in articular cartilage by computer image analysis and to further understand the changes of proteoglycan content in articular cartilage. Methods: The level of proteoglycan in cartilage and rolling cartilage of healthy adult Chinese rabbits and the damaged cartilage of corresponding femoral medullary groove were measured and analyzed by computer image analysis system. Results: The larger the articular cartilage defect area, the less proteoglycan content in the repaired tissue. And in its repair process, resulting in the corresponding femoral medullary cartilage in the middle of a large number of proteoglycan loss. Conclusion: The computerized image analysis system can accurately and rapidly stratify the proteoglycan content in different levels of articular cartilage so as to understand the regularity of proteoglycan in degeneration, injury and repair of articular cartilage.
