The term MRP II was introduced into China in the 1980s. Some enterprising entrepreneurs accepted this advanced management idea and put it into action. As a result, some forerunners such as Shanghai Metallurgical and Mining Machinery Factory, Shenyang Pump Factory and Shenyang Blower Factory appeared some applications of MRPⅡ, they failed Risk, under pressure from all parties, boldly began their experiment.
