超超临界材料1Cr10NiMoW2VNbN钢毛坯改锻后经调质处理发现毛坯中心贯穿性裂纹。通过对裂纹附近不同位置取样作金相检验,不能确定其非金属夹杂物性质。利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对金相样进行SEM观察和区域成分分析,发现裂纹处材质明显不同于基体成分。最终确认,钢材冶炼时对杂质元素控制不当,造成锻件中心夹杂物超标,并在锻造过程中诱发裂纹并扩展。
Ultracritical material 1Cr10NiMoW2VNbN steel blank after forging by quenching and tempering found that the center of the blank through the cracks. By examining the samples taken from different locations near the crack for metallographic examination, the properties of the nonmetal inclusions can not be determined. Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy were used for SEM observation and regional composition analysis of the microstructure. The results showed that the material of the crack was obviously different from the matrix composition. Finally confirmed that the steel smelting improper control of impurity elements, resulting in forgings center inclusions exceeded, and in the forging process induced crack and expansion.
