患者男,38岁。主诉:龟头及冠状沟红斑3年。现病史:患者3年前无明显诱因龟头及冠状沟出现红斑,红斑逐渐增大,伴有瘙痒,皮损持续不退。曾于当地医院就诊,给予他克莫司乳膏外用及氯雷他定口服等治疗,未见明显好转。皮损逐渐增大,部分融合成片。于2015年1月17日来我科就诊。
Male patient, 38 years old. Chief complaint: glans and coronal erythema 3 years. Current history: The patient had no obvious incentive 3 years ago glaucoma and coronary sulcus erythema, erythema gradually increased, accompanied by itching, skin lesions continued to decline. Had a visit to a local hospital, given topical tacrolimus cream and loratadine oral treatment, no significant improvement. Lesions gradually increased, part of the integration into pieces.
