通过对凹山选矿厂全年生产报表数据的统计分析 ,分别建立了精矿质量指标 (选矿比、精矿品位、精矿回收率 )与原矿品位、台时处理量之间的数学模型 ,并对其之间的相互关系作了分析 ,对指导凹山选矿厂生产、保证精矿质量有着直接的指导作用。
Through the statistical analysis of annual production report data of the Aoshan ore dressing plant, the mathematical models between the quality indexes of ore concentrates (beneficiation ratio, concentrate grade, concentrate recovery rate) and ore grade and station throughput are established respectively. The interrelationship between them has been analyzed, guiding the production of Aoshan concentrator and ensuring the quality of concentrate.
