卡氏肺囊虫肺炎(pneumocystis Car-inii pneumonia简称PCP)是一种少见的肺部疾病,往往发生于有免疫功能缺陷的患者。近十几年来,随着联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的进展以及器官移植的推广应用,本病在国外的报道愈见增多,且临床过程凶险,病死率很高。国内近年亦见有报道,引起了临床工作者的注意。我院自1984年底至1986年初曾在小儿急性白血病患者中连续发生本病11例。为加深对本病的了解,提高诊断的警觉,现就国外有关资料做一简单的文献复习。
Pneumocystis car-inii pneumonia pneumonia (pneumocystis Car-inii pneumonia referred to as PCP) is a rare lung disease, often occurs in patients with immune dysfunction. In recent ten years, with the progress of combined chemotherapy for the treatment of malignant tumors and the popularization and application of organ transplantation, the disease has been reported more and more in foreign countries, and the clinical course is dangerous with a high case fatality rate. In recent years, there are also reports in China that have drawn the attention of clinicians. Our hospital from the end of 1984 to early 1986 in children with acute leukemia in patients with consecutive cases of this disease in 11 cases. In order to deepen the understanding of this disease and improve the alertness of diagnosis, we now do a simple review of the literature on foreign information.
