2007年,蕲春县被确定为全国教育科学“十一五”规划课题《有效推进区域教师专业化发展》研究实验区,申报的子课题《中小学教师校本研修的有效模式研究》已被中央教育科学研究所总课题组审定批准。参与课题实验为该县以校为本的教师培训提供新的发展支点。蕲春县以课题为载体,以校情为依据,进一步深入探索校本培训的新模式、新策略,必将促进农村教师专业化发展,实现全县教师队伍素质的整体提高。
In 2007, Hunchun County was identified as the national experimental science “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” project “Effectively Promoting Professional Development of Regional Teachers,” a research experimental area, and the sub-topic “Study on the Effective Mode of School-based Teacher Training for Primary and Secondary School Teachers” has been Approved by the General Research Group of the Central Institute of Educational Sciences. Participating in the project experiment provided a new development fulcrum for school-based teacher training in the county. Huichun County took the subject as the carrier, based on the school’s situation, and further explored new models and new strategies for school-based training. It will surely promote the development of professionalization of rural teachers and achieve an overall improvement in the quality of teachers in the county.
