铜锣山隧道施工过程中揭示出的不良地质现象有煤系地层、煤矿采空区、断层、溶洞、高压涌水、石膏岩等,其中穿越880m长岩溶槽谷区是施工中的最大难题,地下水丰富、地质条件差、堵水要求高和施工风险大。分析了铜锣山隧道工程概况,制定了具体的施工原则,包括超前预报、短进尺开挖、强支护和及时监控量测,详细阐述了特殊地质条件(包括不同类型溶洞、过岩溶破碎饱水区涌水、断层和石膏岩段)的处理措施。实际施工效果表明,根据制定的施工原则和相应措施进行施工的效果良好,可以为后续工程施工提供重要参考。
The unlucky geologic phenomena revealed during the construction of Tongluo Mountain Tunnel are coal-bearing strata, coalmine goafs, faults, caves, high-pressure gushing water and gypsum rock. The most difficult problem in construction is to cross the 880m long karst valley. Groundwater Rich, poor geological conditions, high water blocking requirements and construction risks. This paper analyzes the general situation of Tongluoshan tunnel project and formulates specific construction principles including advanced prediction, short-cut footage excavation, strong support and timely monitoring and measurement. It elaborates on the special geological conditions (including different types of caves, over-karst crushing Water gushing, fault and gypsum rock) measures. The actual construction results show that the construction works according to the established construction principles and the corresponding measures are effective and can provide important reference for the subsequent construction.
