最近,财政部就宣传贯彻实施《总会计师条例》(以下简称《条例》)的有关问题发出通知。通知的主要内容如下。一、认真做好《条例》的学习、宣传工作。通知要求各地区、各部门结合贯彻落实全国会计工作会议和会计工作“双先”表彰大会精神,作出学习、宣传《条例》的部署,在今年内采取适当形式,分别不同对象组织学习、宣传《条例》。做到本地区、本部门所属单位的主要行政领导人和分管经济工作的领导,都能通过学习认识实施《条例》的重要意义,掌握《条例》的基本要点和精神,明确自己在贯彻实施《条例》中的责任;总会计师、财会机构负责人(会计主管人员)能较系统地学习《条例》并理解、掌握
