采用ACAS570测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞线粒体膜电位及细胞内脂质过氧化物(LPO),观察了氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OC-LDL)对巨噬细胞线粒体膜的损伤及云芝多糖(PSK)的保护作用。结果发现OX-LDL可使巨噬细胞线粒体膜电位消失,细胞内LPO含量升高。而正常LDL和乙酰化LDL对线粒体膜电位的影响较小。非特异性免疫增强剂PSK能降低巨噬细胞内LPO含量,对OX-LDL引起的巨噬细胞线粒体膜损伤有保护作用。
The mitochondrial membrane potential and intracellular lipid peroxidation (LPO) of peritoneal macrophages were measured by ACAS570. The damage of macrophages mitochondrial membrane by oxidized low density lipoprotein (OC-LDL) PSK) protection. The results showed that OX-LDL macrophages can mitochondrial membrane potential disappeared, intracellular LPO content increased. However, normal LDL and acetylated LDL had little effect on mitochondrial membrane potential. Non-specific immunopotentiator PSK can reduce the content of LPO in macrophages and protect the mitochondrial membrane of macrophages induced by OX-LDL.
