目前商用空调使用广泛,常使用异步电机为主要风机电机,而这类风机是空调故障产生的一个重要成因,是继压缩机故障之后的第二大故障类型,通过小波分析法能对风机的机械故障进行检测,主要是通过故障信号的特征结合小波变换中的分解转换,计算相应的故障小波向量贴近表,分析故障产生位置。本文结合傅里叶分析方法,将小波分析理论应用到实际风机故障诊断中,用来解决企业工作中的风机故障。
At present, commercial air conditioners are widely used, often using asynchronous motors as the main fan motor, and these fans are an important cause of air conditioning faults, which is the second largest fault type after compressor failure. By wavelet analysis, Fault detection, mainly through the characteristics of the fault signal with the wavelet transform decomposition conversion, calculate the corresponding fault wavelet vector close to the table, analyze the fault location. In this paper, Fourier analysis method, the wavelet analysis theory is applied to the actual diagnosis of fan failure, fan work to solve business problems.
