第一章 总则 第一条 本专业委员会定名为“中国科技金融促进会风险投资专业委员会”(以下简称“本会”),英文名称为VentureCapital Profession Commission of Science and Technology Financial Promotion Association of Chia英文缩写“VCPC,STFPAC。” 第二条 本会由全国境内各地区的风险投资及相关担保、咨询、服务机构以及风险投资领域的专业人士志愿组成,是经中华人民共和国民政部民间组织管理局核准注册登记的专业性非赢利社团组织。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The professional committee is named “Venture Capital Professional Committee of China Science and Technology Finance Promotion Association” (hereinafter referred to as “the”), the English name is Venture Capital Professional Commission of Science and Technology Financial Promotion Association of Chia English abbreviation “ VCPC, STFPAC. ”Article 2 This association is composed of professionals from all walks of life in all regions of the country who are involved in venture capital and related guarantees, consulting and service agencies as well as venture capitalists. They are approved by the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Professional non-profit community organizations.
