Inordertorealizetheonlinemeasurementoflampdimension,thebulbimagedimensionmeasurementbasedonvision(BIDMV)isproposed.Theimageoflampisobtainedbycamera.Afterimageprocessing,suchasOtsualgorithm,medianfilter,ellipsefittingandenveloperectanglefitting,thedimensionoflampcanbecalculated.Basedonthismethod,anon-contactreal-timemeasurementsystemofthelamp’sdimensionisdeveloped.Theprecisionoftheproposedmethodis0.07mm,anditcansatisfythetoleranceoftheNationalStandardGB15766.1-2008.Theexperimentresultsshowthattheproposedmethodhasafastermeasuringspeedandahigherprecisioncomparedwithothermeasurementmethods.
