患者:男,21岁。1992—12—08因轻生口服安定200片约1h 而急诊入院。患者处于昏迷状态,立即进行洗胃及对症治疗。4h 后清醒,醒后自诉头痛,周身无力。查体:血压14.7/9.3kPa,脉搏48次/分,律整、心音纯,余正常。心电图:窦性心动过缓,口服阿托品治疗一天心率仍48次/分。次日做阿托品试验,最高心率达75次/分,阿托品试验阳性。继续用阿托品治疗
