公共危机管理是每个国家和社会都必须面对的问题,目前我国已经进入了一个危机事件高频率发生期,危机管理中存在危机防范重视不够,应急信息的报告和反馈工作不足,缺乏应对危机的常设机构以及非常态下的制度和法制约束等一系列问题。对于我国而言,应就上述问题作出合理规划,加快我国公共危机管理体制的建立与完善。
Public crisis management is a problem that every country and society must face. At present, our country has entered a period of high frequency of crisis. There is not enough attention to crisis prevention in crisis management. There is not sufficient report and feedback on emergency information and lack of response to crisis The permanent establishment as well as the abnormal system and legal constraints and a series of issues. For our country, we should make a reasonable plan for the above problems and speed up the establishment and improvement of our public crisis management system.
