幼儿园每天的晨谈时间虽短意义却深,因为这是幼儿来园至离园能在一起自由交谈的良机。遗憾的是,这个时间往往让老师用来小结游戏、评价游戏或表扬与批评了。真正让孩子们自由晨谈的机会仍是屈指可数。日复一日,幼儿对这种乏味又单一的晨谈显得厌倦。为了改变这种状况,我把晨谈的自主权彻底交给幼儿,使他们在每天的晨谈中能海阔天空、无拘无束、自由自在地去谈。他们谈所看的电视内容,谈星期天的见闻,谈同伴间的趣事儿,谈有趣的游戏,等等,五花八门。为创造一个良好的晨谈环境,我常引导他们有目的地谈,如谈:有趣的星期天,我
