1996年,是我省森林病虫害大发生年。去冬今春,全省气温偏高,多雨湿润,据各地调查和预测,1997年森林病虫鼠害呈上升趋势,增幅约在5％,发生面积630万亩左右,还将出现多种森林病虫交替发生,点多,面广,有局部成灾的趋势,防治任务十分艰巨。 今年主要森林病虫害防治任务和要求 一是全面完成封锁扑灭美国白蛾任务。
