黄磊生,1928年生,广东省台山县人。1950年入岭南美术学校,从现代绘画巨匠——岭南派大师赵少昂习画;而后于香港创立了“国风艺苑美术研究所”,从事中国绘画理论与实技之指导工作。1960年移居美国,再度与旧金山创设“国风艺苑美术研究所。”黄教授历任旧金山中国美术家联盟会会长。同时也是美国西部美术家协会及美国水彩书画会会员,他并多次于美国各大美术馆及大学举办个展。
Huang Lei Sheng, born in 1928, Taishan County, Guangdong Province. In 1950 into the Lingnan Art School, from the modern painting master - Lingnan master Zhao Shao Ang drawing practice; and then founded in Hong Kong, “Guofeng Art Gallery Art Institute”, engaged in the theory of Chinese painting and practical guidance. Emigrated to the United States in 1960, once again with the creation of San Francisco, “Guofeng Art Institute of Fine Arts.” Huang served as San Francisco Chinese Artists Association president. He is also a member of the American Western Artists Association and the American Watercolor Painting and Calligraphy Society. He has solo exhibitions at major art galleries and universities in the United States on numerous occasions.
