目的：探讨PDCA循环在手卫生管理中应用效果。方法将PDCA管理模式运用到手卫生管理中。并对实施前后的医务人员手卫生执行情况、手卫生知识掌握及手卫生依从性进行观察。结果实施PDCA管理模式后医务人员手卫生知识掌握考核得分由76.7分提高至90.7分，洗手依从率由59.50%提高至85.77%，洗手正确率由73.3%提高至91.4%。均有统计学意义。结论通过实施PDCA管理模式，提高了医务人员手卫生依从性，使手卫生管理得到了持续质量改进，从而有效的降低医院感染。“,”Objectives To study the application effect in the PDCA cycle in hand hygiene management. Method Through the PDCA management model, observe the hospital medical staff hand hygiene execution, hand hygiene knowledge and hand hygiene compliance. Results After the PDCA management mode, the medical staff hand hygiene knowledge examination scores rate from 76.7 to 90.7 points, hand washing compliance rate from 59.50% to 85.77%, hand washing accuracy rate from 73.3% to 91.4%. Conclusions Through the PDCA management model, improve the medical staff hand hygiene compliance, a continuous quality improvement for hand hygiene management, effectively reduce the hospital infection.
