子宫颈癌的治疗,特别是在早期宫颈癌以及Ⅰ_b、Ⅱ期某些病例均以手术治疗为主,通过许多学者的研究,在手术范围方面更加恰如其分。目前,对于子宫颈癌的Ⅰ_a期及子宫体癌Ⅰ期病例多有选择此种术式者。本术式具有广泛的实用价值。对于此术式的范围及操作步骤不断有所改进,我院从1982年6月采用本院改良的次广泛性子宫切除术,本文特将此术式的操作步骤及手术特点,并结合文献讨论报告如下。
